These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the rights and obligations between you and BTC Football Cup ("BTC Football" or "we" or "us") regarding your use and enjoyment of the BTC Football services. Your rights and obligations are also subject to other relevant policies (such as the Privacy Policy) incorporated herein.

To access or use BTC Football, you must agree to these Terms, other relevant policies, and create your account ("BTC Football Account" or "Account").

Regarding the registration of accounts or other ways of using BTC Football, you acknowledge that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country or region of residence.

By installing, using, or otherwise accessing BTC Football, you agree to these Terms and our other relevant policies. If you do not agree, please do not install, use, or otherwise access BTC Football.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and other relevant policies by publishing revised terms of such policies at any time at our discretion. Your continued use of BTC Football will be deemed acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any part of the current version of such policies relating to your use of BTC Football at any time, you must immediately cease using BTC Football.

Use of Services

1.1. Scope of BTC Football Services

If you agree to these Terms and our other relevant policies and become a "Member," you may access and use the following services ("BTC Football"):

(A) Gaming Services: You may play and enjoy various services on BTC Football. Such games may be provided by us or our gaming service partners. If games are provided and operated by our gaming service partners, you will need to agree to and complete certain processes of those gaming service partners. If the terms of these Terms conflict with specific terms provided by such gaming service partners, those specific terms will apply.

In these Terms, "Gaming Service Partner" refers to third parties providing gaming services on BTC Football.

Games provided as services on BTC Football are referred to as "BTC Football Games."

(B) Blockchain-based Asset Services: You may trade (buy, sell, and exchange) various types of blockchain-based assets on BTC Football. For detailed information about this service, please visit our website (www.btcfootballcup.com).

In these Terms, "Blockchain-based Assets" refer to any digital assets based on blockchain technology and traded on BTC Football, including but not limited to NFT (Non-Fungible Token) commodities, content, and cryptocurrencies.

(C) BTC Football Wallet Services: You may create your own electronic wallet (BTC Football Wallet) and enjoy and use all the aforementioned services. For specific terms and conditions of BTC Football Wallet services, please visit www.btcfootballcup.com.

(D) Other Services (to be updated).

1.2. Rights of BTC Football

Subject to your agreement to and compliance with these Terms and any other relevant policies, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited right to access and use BTC Football.

The following restrictions apply to the use of BTC Football:

§ You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of BTC Football by individuals under 18 years of age (or the age of majority required by local law). You shall be responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment tools by minors.

§ You shall not (or attempt to) purchase, sell, rent, or give away your account, use false identities or information, or create accounts on behalf of anyone other than yourself.

§ If you have previously been deleted or banned from using BTC Football by us, you shall not use BTC Football.

§ You shall not use BTC Football to advertise, solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements to anyone, including chain letters, spam, or spam, or repetitive or misleading messages.

You may need to select a password to use our services, or you may also use other information to access your account ("Login Information"). You shall not share your account or login information or allow anyone else to access your account or engage in any activities that may compromise the security of your account. If you become aware of or have reason to suspect any breach of security (such as unauthorized disclosure of login information), you must immediately notify us and change your login information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, and you shall be responsible for all uses of your login information (including purchases), whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account.

We reserve the right to delete or revoke any username at any time for any reason, including but not limited to claims by third parties that the username infringes upon the rights of third parties.

Limitations

The use of BTC Football in violation of these Terms and other relevant policies is strictly prohibited, which may result in certain limitations on your use of BTC Football and may require you to assume legal responsibilities.

You agree not to:

§ Use or (directly or indirectly) engage in the use of any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with any BTC Football.

§ Modify or cause the modification of any files belonging to BTC Football without our prior written consent.

§ Disrupt, interfere with, or otherwise adversely affect BTC Football, or engage in any conduct that may negatively impact the experience of other users in using BTC Football.

§ Damage, overload, assist or facilitate in damaging or overloading any computer or server used to provide or support BTC Football.

§ Initiate, assist, or participate in any type of attack, including but not limited to spreading viruses on BTC Football, or any other behavior attempting to disrupt the use or enjoyment of BTC Football by others.

§ Attempt to access BTC Football, accounts registered or used by others, or computers, servers, or networks connected to BTC Football in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting anyone else to circumvent or modify any security, technical, device, or software measures of BTC Football.

§ Post any abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise offensive or objectionable information, or engage in continuous unauthorized actions, such as repeatedly posting information without request.

§ Post any information containing nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subjects or containing links to such content.

§ Attempt to harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm to others or groups, including our employees.

§ Provide or publish any materials or information through BTC Football that infringe upon any individual's or entity's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other rights, or impersonate any other person (including but not limited to our employees).

§ Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide BTC Football or use BTC Football in any manner not explicitly permitted by us.

§ Solicit or attempt to solicit login information or any other login information or personal information of other BTC Football users.

§ Collect or post any individual's private information through BTC Football, including personal identification information (whether in text, image, or video form), identification documents, or financial information.

§ Use BTC Football in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

§ Encourage or allow anyone else to engage in any of the above behaviors.

We reserve the right to determine what behaviors we deem to violate these Terms and other relevant policies. We reserve the right to take action, which may include terminating your account and prohibiting you from using all or part of BTC Football, as a result.

1.3. Suspension and Termination of Accounts and BTC Football

Without limiting any other remedies, we may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or prevent you from using BTC Football (i) if you or we have a reasonable suspicion that you have failed to comply with these Terms and other relevant policies; or (ii) in any actual or suspected case of illegal or improper use of BTC Football. You may lose your account, as well as any benefits, privileges, virtual items won, and virtual items purchased related to your use of BTC Football, as a result of the termination or restriction of your account, and we shall not be obligated to compensate you for any such losses or consequences. Without limiting our other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate BTC Football and its accounts or parts thereof, prohibit access to our website and its content, services, and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal measures to prevent users from accessing this service if we believe they are causing risks or potential legal liabilities, infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, or acting inconsistently with these Terms and other relevant policies. We reserve the right to discontinue providing specific games or any part of BTC Football at any time, in which case your rights to use such services or games will automatically terminate. In this case, we are not obliged to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation to users for such interruptions of services. Termination of your account may include prohibiting you from accessing all or part of BTC Football or certain games, including any content submitted by you or others. You may terminate your account at any time for any reason according to the process described on our website (www.btcfootballcup.com).

Ownership

2.1. Basic Rules

All rights, ownership, and interests of BTC Football (including but not limited to any games, titles, computer codes, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogues, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, music works, visual effects, operation methods, moral rights, documents, in-game chat records, character profile information, game recordings) belong to us or to our business partners who provide services on or through BTC Football (such as payment processors, etc., "Business Partners"). We or our Business Partners reserve all rights related to their games and BTC Football, including but not limited to all intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BTC Football, our website, and related content, materials, and information (collectively referred to as "Content") solely for approved purposes, subject to these Terms and other relevant policies we may provide from time to time. Any other use of our website or content is expressly prohibited, and all other rights, ownership, and interests in our BTC Football, website, or content belong to us and our licensors. You agree that you will not copy, transmit, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, publish, or participate in the transfer or sale of any Content, create derivative works therefrom, or exploit any portion of any Content in any way without our prior written consent. All logos related to BTC Football displayed on BTC Football are our or our licensors' trademarks or registered trademarks. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written consent.

When you need to use certain applications ("Applications") to enjoy BTC Football services, we also grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install such applications on your personal computer, and without the right to sublicense, on your mobile phone, tablet, wearable device, and/or other devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and run such applications, unless expressly permitted by the Terms or other relevant policies. You shall not: (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application; (ii) distribute, transfer, sublicense, rent, lend, or lease the Application to any third party; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application (unless permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction); (iv) provide the functionalities of the Application to multiple users in any way.

Special Rules for BTC Football Games

You may receive various types of digital content related to BTC Football Games, such as different game items, characters, etc. The ownership of such digital content is subject to our basic ownership rules described above. However, if you acquire or purchase blockchain-based assets related to BTC Football Games (such as NFT game items, NFT game characters, cryptocurrencies), ownership of such blockchain-based assets remains with you. However, please note that if we or third parties (such as gaming service partners) provide specific notices regarding transactions of blockchain-based assets, such notices should take precedence.

2.2. Accounts

Unless otherwise specified herein, you acknowledge and agree that you do not own any ownership or other property rights to the account, and you further acknowledge and agree that the ownership of the account shall be and shall always be owned and owned by the beneficiary. We.

BTC Football (including the website and applications) may allow you to access third-party websites or other resources. We provide access for convenience only and shall not be responsible for any resources or content, products, or services available on or through such websites ("Third-Party Services"). 3 User Content

3.1. Submission of User Content

"User Content" refers to any communication, image, sound, or other materials, data, and information that you upload, transmit through, or otherwise submit via BTC Football, or that other users upload or transmit. By transmitting or submitting any User Content while using BTC Football, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that such transmission or submission is (a) accurate and not confidential or misleading; (b) does not violate any laws, contractual restrictions, or third-party rights, and you have necessary rights to transmit or submit any personal information or intellectual property contained in the User Content and to obtain any necessary licenses from third parties; (c) free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code; (d) you acknowledge and agree that we will handle any personal information of yours in such content in accordance with our privacy policy at all times.

3.1.1. Content Filtering

We are not responsible for the actions of any user submitting any User Content, nor are we responsible for monitoring inappropriate content or conduct. We do not and cannot pre-screen or monitor all User Content. You use BTC Football at your own risk. By using this feature, you may be exposed to offensive, indecent, or other content that you may find objectionable. You assume all risks associated with your use of any User Content related to BTC Football. Our representatives or technical staff may, at their discretion, monitor and/or record your interactions or communications with BTC Football while you are using BTC Football (including but not limited to chat text). By entering into this Terms of Service, you irrevocably consent to such monitoring and recording. You acknowledge and agree that your transmission of any User Content (including but not limited to chat text or voice communication) is not expected to be private.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, monitor, prohibit, edit, delete, disable access to, or otherwise make any User Content unavailable at any time, for any reason or for no reason, without notice. If at any time we choose to monitor BTC Football, we assume no responsibility for User Content, nor any obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate User Content. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to decide to edit, refuse to post, or remove any User Content.

3.2.1. Public Discussions Using Other Users' Information

BTC Football may include various forums, blogs, and chat features where you can post User Content, including your observations and comments on designated topics. We cannot guarantee that other users will not use ideas and information that you share. Therefore, if you have ideas or information that you wish to keep confidential and/or do not want others to use, do not post them on any websites of BTC Football. We are not responsible for evaluating, using, or compensating you for any ideas or information that you may choose to submit.

3.2.2. Responsibility for Your Own Content

You are solely responsible for the content that you post on BTC Football, through BTC Football, or in connection with BTC Football, as well as for the information that you provide to others. We may, at any time, for any reason or for no reason, refuse to post, refuse to publish, or delete any User Content, including but not limited to User Content that, in our sole discretion, violates this Terms of Service and other relevant policies or any applicable laws or regulations.

3.3. User Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of BTC Football and any other parties with whom you interact through BTC Football. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes. You will fully cooperate with us in investigating suspected illegal, fraudulent, or improper activity, including but not limited to granting us access to any password-protected portions of your account. In the event of a dispute between you and one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Fees and Payments

4.1. Payment Authorization

When you provide payment information to BTC Football or one of its payment processors, you represent that you are an authorized user of the card, PIN, key, or account associated with such payment, and you authorize us to charge your credit card or process your payment using the selected third-party payment processor for any payments or other charges incurred by you while using BTC Football. If you are required to pay any type of usage or sales tax for using BTC Football, we may also collect these taxes from you. You agree that all information provided at the time of purchase must be accurate and current, and you will not use any methods to conceal your place of residence, either to avoid geographic restrictions on content or to order or purchase from websites where pricing does not apply to your geographic location or for any other purpose. If you do so, we may terminate your account.

4.2. Responsibility for Charges Related to Your Account

As the account holder, you are responsible for all charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all orders or purchases made by you or anyone using your account (including your family or friends). If you cancel your account, we reserve the right to collect any fees, additional fees, or costs incurred prior to cancellation. Any outstanding or unpaid accounts must be settled before we will allow you to register again.

4.3. No Refunds

All successfully completed and paid digital content sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. However, please note that if we or third parties (such as gaming service partners) provide specific notices regarding refunds (such as deducting certain refund fees), such notices shall prevail.

4.4. Refunds

If you discover unauthorized charges on your credit card or other payment instrument, you must first contact us and then directly dispute the charges with your payment processor. If charges are reversed by your payment processing institution without our prior agreement, after being approved through your account, we may consider your account to have been used improperly or unlawfully, in violation of these Terms of Service and other relevant policies. We reserve the right to take action as a result, which may include terminating your account and prohibiting your use of BTC Football in whole or in part.

4.5. Third-Party Sellers

BTC Football includes content developed, manufactured, and sold by gaming service partners. If you purchase any content from gaming service partners, you are purchasing directly from these third parties, not us. We are not responsible for inspecting or evaluating any products of gaming service partners. We assume no liability or obligation for any aspect of such products or for the actions of gaming service partners, including the accuracy or completeness of any product descriptions for any content provided by gaming service partners.

Service Updates

You understand that we may require you to accept updates to BTC Football installed on your device or computer. You acknowledge and agree that we may update BTC Football with or without notifying you. You may need to update third-party software from time to time to receive such updates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as provided in Section 7 below, BTC Football is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any kind of express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, non-infringement, and any rights arising from trade or course of dealing. We do not warrant that you will be able to access or use BTC Football at the times or locations of your choosing; that such services will be uninterrupted or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that such services are free of viruses or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, data loss or business interruption, or other intangible losses arising from or in any way related to BTC Football itself, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

Since some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for indirect or consequential damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability, as well as that of our partners and their affiliates, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We shall not be liable for any damage or interruption caused by any computer viruses or other malicious code that may affect your computer or other equipment, or for any damages or interruptions caused by any phishing, deception, or other attacks. We recommend using reputable and user-friendly virus scanning and prevention software regularly. You should also be aware that SMS and email services are susceptible to deception and phishing attacks, so exercise caution when reviewing messages claiming to be from us. If you have any uncertainty about the authenticity of any communication or notification, be sure to log into your account on our website to view any transactions or actions required.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from any and all claims, demands, damages, or other losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party arising out of or in any way connected with your use of BTC Football, or any violation by you of these Terms of Service and other relevant policies.

We do not guarantee the lasting value of blockchain-based assets. These assets inherently exhibit high volatility. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility or obligation to compensate for any losses resulting from the fluctuation in value of blockchain-based assets that you own. You are solely responsible for managing these assets, and we are not responsible for any problems resulting from mismanagement. The regulatory framework for blockchain is still evolving and uncertain. New regulations and policies may affect blockchain-based assets.

8.Dispute Resolution

You and BTC Football agree that the dispute resolution process described in this Agreement will apply to any disputes or claims arising from or related to this Terms of Service, other relevant policies, or BTC Football. Disputes include any and all claims of any type, including but not limited to legal, equitable, or statutory claims. The dispute resolution process will apply even if you cease using your account, delete your account, or discontinue using BTC Football. They also apply to disputes that arose before our agreement to this Agreement.

8.1 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and other relevant policies shall be governed by Swiss law and shall be interpreted, governed, and construed accordingly.

You and BTC Football agree to designate Swiss courts as the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes or lawsuits arising from or related to this Terms of Service, other relevant policies, or BTC Football.

8.2. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you must attempt to resolve any disputes with us informally for at least one (1) month. The informal dispute resolution process begins when you provide us with a written notice of dispute via support@BTCFootballcup.com.

8.3. No Class Action

You and BTC Football agree that we may only bring claims against each other on an individual basis. This means that:

§ You cannot bring claims against BTC Football as a plaintiff or class member in collective, class, joint, or representative actions.

§ The courts cannot consolidate any other person's claims with your claims.

§ The judgment or ruling of the court on your case does not apply to anyone else and cannot be used to adjudicate disputes of others.

Severability

You and BTC Football agree that if any court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of these Terms of Service or other relevant policies to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall be invalid only to the extent necessary to determine its invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting its validity or enforceability in any other way or jurisdiction, and without affecting the remainder of the provision, which shall continue to be fully effective.

General Provisions

10.1. Assignment

We may at any time assign or delegate all or part of the rights or obligations under these Terms of Service and/or other relevant policies to any individual or entity, whether or not you agree. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms of Service and/or other relevant policies without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment or delegation by you shall be void.

10.2. Supplementary Policies

We may publish additional policies related to specific services. Your rights to use such services are subject first to these specific policies, and then to these Terms of Service.

10.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, any supplementary policies, and any documents expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference, constitute the entire understanding between you and us and supersede all prior understandings between the parties on the subject matter of this Agreement, whether electronic, oral, or written, or based on the practices, policies, or precedents established between you and us in relation to BTC Football.

10.4. No Waiver

Failure by BTC Football to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service or other relevant policies, or to exercise any rights under these provisions, shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any such provision or right that we assert or rely on in this or any other situation. Our failure to insist on strict compliance with these Terms of Service or other relevant policies, or our failure to exercise any rights under these provisions, does not constitute a modification of these Terms of Service, nor does it have legal effect.

10.5. Notices

We may provide notices to you by posting information on BTC Football or by other reasonable means (such as contacting you by email or any other communication method you provided to us).

10.6. Equitable Remedies

You acknowledge that the rights conferred upon us and the obligations assumed by us under these Terms of Service have a unique and irreplaceable nature, the loss of which would cause us irreparable harm that cannot be adequately compensated by monetary damages alone. Therefore, we are entitled to injunctive relief or other equitable remedies (without obligation to provide any bond or guarantee or to prove damages) if you engage in any breach or anticipated breach of these Terms of Service.

You irrevocably waive any rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, enjoin any BTC Football, use any advertising or other materials related to this, or use any content or other materials displayed or used through BTC Football, that you may have.

10.7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (such as acts of God, war, terrorism), riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or pandemics.
